What Your Photo Needs to Include
To enter the contest, please make sure your photo clearly shows:
The manufacture date or the serial number plate
Legible, easy-to-read text (no blurry or shadowed photos)
The full water heater unit in the frame
Photo Tips:
Use bright, direct lighting so the plate is easy to read.
Move in close enough for the date or serial number to be clear.
Wipe off the plate if it’s dusty, dirty, or hard to read.
Take multiple photos or angles to be sure everything is visible.
Need help finding the date? The manufacture date is located on a metal label or sticker on the side of the water heater—often near the top.
