Silver Star Agreement – Only $20/month

Our most affordable agreement at $20 a month, the Silver Star Agreement offers many benefits:

• Priority Scheduling – We work around your schedule, not ours!
• Waived Dispatch Fee – Never pay a dispatch fee during our extended hours, Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
• Discounted Weekend Dispatch Fee – HVAC, plumbing, and electrical problems don’t keep regular business hours. Get weekend and holiday dispatch for just $50 (normally $199).
• Discount on Repairs – Save 15% when you need repair.
• Heating Maintenance – Get one tune-up for your heating system per year.
• Cooling Maintenance – Get one maintenance check of your cooling system each year.
• Indoor Air Quality Assessment – We’ll check your IAQ when we inspect your heating and cooling systems.
• No Overtime Charges – Never pay extra for overtime.
• Extended Warranty – Get a 2-year parts and labor warranty on all warranted services.
• Plumbing Inspection – Have a professional plumbing inspection each year.
• Electrical Safety Inspection – Ensure your electrical systems are operating safely.

The Silver Star Agreement includes 1 HVAC unit. If your home has more than one, you can add additional units for $8.25 a month per unit.

Gold Star Agreement – Only $40/month

The Gold Star Agreement is $40 a month and includes everything in the Silver Star Agreement (15% off your repair services, annual inspections of your home’s systems, and more) PLUS powerful additional benefits:

• Waived Weekend Dispatch Fee – You’ll pay nothing if you have a weekend call.
• Five-Year Extended Warranty – Enjoy a 5-year parts and labor warranty on all warranted services.
• $50 Plumbing Coupon – Save even more on plumbing service.
• $50 Electrical Coupon – Take advantage of additional savings for electrical service.

Each additional HVAC unit adds just $16.50 a month.
New service agreements require a minimum 12-month commitment.

Heating and Cooling System Inspections

• Monitor heating flue draft for safety
• Check and tighten all loose electrical connections
• Check and test safety controls
• Check amperage and voltage draw on system motors
• Check ductwork
• Adjust air flow for proper temperature rise on the heating system
• Monitor furnace or air conditioning cycle
• Check the heat exchanger for heating systems

Plumbing System Inspections

• Check water pressure PSI
• Check the water heater for proper operation
• Check expansion tank PSI

• Photograph and document any issues for the homeowner’s records.

Electrical Inspections

• Check meter, service mast, weather head, and drip loop
• Check outside panels and disconnect switches
• Check grounding system
• Inspect and test all light fixtures

• Check branch circuit wiring
• Test smoke detectors
