Chuck Dipple

Chuck Dipple

President and Founder

For Chuck Dipple, plumbing runs deep in his blood. His early exposure to the craft came from his father, who was in the plumbing business and passed down invaluable knowledge and skills. Chuck's passion for plumbing started at a young age, with his father teaching him the tricks of the trade every day after school. By the time he graduated from high school, Chuck had already developed a profound understanding of plumbing inside and out.

At just 19 years old, Chuck's determination and expertise shone through when he became the youngest person in South Carolina to obtain a mechanical license. His journey in the industry accelerated when he joined a large company as a 'helper,' proving his mettle within four months by taking charge of all plumbing operations for the entire company. This experience further fueled his entrepreneurial spirit, leading him to establish Dipple Plumbing in 1979.

In the company's early years, Chuck's dedication and hard work were evident as they operated out of his mother's basement. His mom even played an integral role in the business's growth by answering phone calls and supporting the fledgling company. As they progressed through the years, Dipple Plumbing adapted to the times, embracing technological advancements from dispatching technicians with beepers to advertising services in the Yellow Pages.

Over the decades, Chuck's visionary leadership has steered Dipple Plumbing towards remarkable growth and success. What started with a single truck has now expanded to a fleet of 25 trucks, catering not only to plumbing needs but also offering HVAC, electrical, and home repair services. Chuck's unwavering commitment to excellence, coupled with his lifelong expertise in the field, continues to drive Dipple Plumbing's reputation as a trusted and reliable service provider in the industry.
