In 1979, Joanna Dipple and her son, Chuck, opened their doors to satisfy the growing need for a service-oriented residential and commercial plumbing, electrical, heating, and cooling company. The Dipples realized early on that they had to focus on having professionally trained employees as well as the best parts and services available.
People in the Upstate immediately recognized this and have supported the company ever since. Chuck gives Joanna all the credit for instilling good values in him, as this has been a major reason for the company’s success.
