If I could give 10 stars I would! The quality of service and responsiveness from day 1 has been amazing. The 'A' team (Jaun, Bryan, and Weston) that came out and did a full heating and air replacement and installed a 3-ton split unit, replaced all ductwork as well as installed a dehumidifier in my crawlspace all in 4 days!! They were more than helpful. Their supervisor, Ryan, went above and beyond, helping me and explaining everything from price to even helping with small issues that needed attention. The most down-to-earth crew I have ever worked with! If you need a company that does it all.. 'better call Dipple!'

Dipple just installed my house generator and tankless water heater today. What an excellent and professional team came to complete this project. I cannot begin to compliment them enough on their neat work as well as their great personalities. All of them were very friendly and engaged me when needed regarding placement of the devices. Overall, they were excellent in their work ethic, teamwork, and professionalism. If you need services performed, I wholeheartedly recommend Dipple! There are so very many people that did such an excellent job for us that I cannot remember all of them, but special thanks to Ryan, Billy, Matt, and Adam for their efforts on our project. These guys were also training several apprentices who were extremely knowledgeable and professional. Thanks to all at Dipple who helped this project become reality for us. As a follow-up, Dipple is also upgrading my HVAC System to add HEPA Filtration and improve some ductwork. They are also helping me install 2 additional Ring devices for home security. We've continued dealing with Dipple now for a couple of years and have remained very satisfied. Service has been fast and efficient. The technicians have all been knowledgeable and professional. I only wish that this last time the service man would have reminded me that a "convenience fee" was being assessed to use a credit card rather than cash. I have used both in the past so I should have known but a reminder would have been helpful and would have saved me 30 bucks.
